FAQs

Q?

What is a virtual tour?

A.

A virtual tour is a collection of 360° images with additional content that allows the viewer not only to view a 360° image, but interact with the tour and learn more about that space.

Q?

What is a 360 degree panoramic image?

A.

A 360 degree panoramic image is an image which allows someone to view the image in all directions (left, right, up, and down).

Q?

How long does it take to create a virtual tour?

A.

Depending on the number of 360 degree images and the amount of customization desired, a client can expect to have their virtual tour ready to view on their website within 4 to 6 weeks from the time we leave the photo shoot at your location. We understand that some clients may desire a quicker timeline for their projects, so we will do our best to accommodate your specific needs. We have completed projects in as little as a week, but  typically the pace of a project is dependent on how quickly our clients are able to gather the necessary content for the virtual tour as well as provide timely feedback.

Q?

Who owns the virtual tour images and files once the project is complete?

A.

The pictures, panoramas, electronic files and other documents which relate directly to the functionality of the virtual tour become the property of our clients once the project for which they were produced is completed. interactive360 does not charge any recurring licensing fees.

Q?

How does the virtual tour integrate into our website?

A.

There are a multitude of ways to integrate our virtual tours into your website

  1. Linked - Our virtual tours can be easily linked through a standard link or custom graphic. The virtual tour will open in a new tab/window allowing your users to view the tour in a large window. The ease of integration with this method is very simple.
  2. Embedded - The code is embedded directly into your website's code.
  3. Desktop Version - Our virtual tours can be opened on your computer without the need for internet.
